Delete your TrackTasks account

Request in the app

1. Sign in with the account you want deleted.
2. On Android or iOS, open Settings. On the web, open Settings and data.
3. Select Request account deletion and confirm the warning.
4. If you are a protected super administrator, arrange another administrator’s access first so your organisation is not locked out.

Request by email

Email tools@ctrlplus.marketing from your registered email address with the subject “TrackTasks account deletion”. Include your workspace name. We may need to verify your identity and workspace ownership before processing the request.

What happens to your data?

We review requests to remove or anonymise personal account information. Workspace content is controlled by your organisation. Some records may need to be retained for security, tax, disputes or other legal obligations, and backup copies expire through their normal rotation.
