TrackTasks is operated by Ctrl Plus Marketing LLP, India (“Ctrl Plus”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when organizations and their authorized users use TrackTasks.

2. Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address and sign-in identifiers.
• Workspace content such as tasks, comments, files, time records and form submissions.
• Organization, subscription and seat information.
• Security, audit, device and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Notification identifiers such as browser subscriptions or mobile device tokens when you enable notifications.
• Support communications you send to us.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain and improve TrackTasks; authenticate users; keep workspaces separate; deliver notifications; provide support; administer subscriptions; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Roles and responsibility

The subscribing organization controls the workspace content its users submit. Ctrl Plus processes that content to provide TrackTasks. Each organization is responsible for its instructions to users and for having a lawful basis to place personal information in the service.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, hosting, monitoring, email and payment providers. They receive only the information needed to perform their services and must protect it. Information may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Data retention

We retain account and workspace information while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, legal and financial recordkeeping. Backup copies expire on their normal rotation. We may retain limited records where law requires it.

7. Security

We use access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted connections, restricted administrator operations, logging, monitoring and backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Organizations should assign access carefully and promptly remove users who no longer require it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Workspace users should usually contact their organization first. You may also contact us directly.

9. Cookies and authentication

TrackTasks uses essential browser storage and cookies to keep users signed in, protect sessions and remember service preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children

TrackTasks is a business service and is not directed to children. Users must be legally able to enter into or act under their organization’s agreement.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
